OpenCIMS Manages the core patient information that clinicians need at the point of encounter to support the medical decision making process:
 

• Medication List
• Medical Issues
• Clinical Notes

OpenCIMS is a Clinical Information Gateway providing connectivity to the MEDiSYN clinical information repository.

OpenCIMS is an interface engine for traditional EMR systems enabling connectivity to the MEDiSYN clinical information repository.
